Hi, I'm Brad Stanford.
With more than 20 years of experience in business development and sales, I’ve helped companies grow across industries like healthcare, IT, logistics, and hospitality. I’ve built a career on the belief that strong relationships and a clear sense of purpose are the foundation for real, lasting success. Whether I’m leading a sales team, developing a go-to-market strategy, or coaching individuals, I bring a relational, values-driven approach to everything I do.
Over the years, I’ve worked with startups, established enterprises, and even co-owned a bar and restaurant—learning firsthand what it takes to lead, adapt, and build culture from the ground up. I’m also certified in cognitive and personality assessments, which I use to help teams better understand their people and unlock their full potential.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud dad to two incredible boys. I’m a big believer in lifelong learning, staying active (pickleball and golf are my favorites), and putting faith and family first in all things. When are the in-person workgroup meetings?
Our monthly in-person sessions are held in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with specific locations determined at least a month in advance. Sessions typically range from a half-day to a full-day, ensuring a valuable and immersive experience. We select venues that foster collaboration and engagement, and you’ll receive details well in advance to plan accordingly. Drinks and snacks are available at all meetings, and full-day meetings include lunch.
